I'm out of my mind.

Well, it didn't take long to get back into the full swing of things.  Only, this semester, I'm taking 5 more credits (21, although I cheated, so it's technically 18) and applying for two jobs.  If I didn't love my life so much, I might be suicidal.

I thoroughly enjoy all of my professors.  They're all so real ... they're brilliant, but they act like human beings and treat us like humans, too.  The Coolest Name Award goes to Miss Andromeda Hartwick, my English GSI.  Accelerated Music Theory is going to be challenging, in Aural Skills as well, but I think everyone else in my class is at a similar ability level, so I don't feel overwhelmed.  I enjoy playing around in Digital Studio, like ... well, now, and I can't wait to design my own web site at the end of the term!

Dr. Lyman is in Saint Bart's at the moment, for an annual music festival, so none of us have lessons this week, but we're still supposed to get together for studio class.  My priorities this week are preparing my portfolio and résumé for my Rec Sports interview on Friday, keeping up with homework, and continuing the battle of scholarship hunting and keeping the possibility of a transfer (in the event that I can't get enough scholarship money) in the back of my mind.

On Friday, the IV ladies are having our first Women's Group meeting, just a time to catch up and hang out, and beforehand, we're checking out a couple of prospective houses for next year.

Studio break is over!
